1. Services

The Human Jib provides camera crane and jib equipment rental services, along with related technical support and training services for the film and television industry.

2. Equipment Rental Terms

Deposits and Insurance

• Security deposits are required for all equipment rentals and are equal to the full replacement cost
• Renter is responsible for equipment during the rental period
• Insurance coverage is recommended and may be required for high-value items
• Deposits are refundable upon return of equipment in original condition

Service Areas

• US Domestic service only
• Same-day/next-day delivery subject to availability and location
• Emergency services available within service area
• Additional charges may apply for remote locations

3. Liability and Safety

• Client assumes full responsibility for safe operation of equipment
• The Human Jib is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from equipment use
• Proper training and certification may be required for certain equipment
• Equipment must be inspected before use

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of equipment or as otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved net payment terms for qualified customers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge
• No refunds for no-shows or day-of cancellations

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Human Jib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or equipment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
